Why WordPress?
WordPress is, in our humble opinion, the most powerful, flexible and user-friendly content management system available. On top of that, Google loves it because it’s so easy to index the content, which can only help your search engine placement.
I thought WordPress was only for writing a blog?
That’s how it all started, but it’s been continually evolving and now WordPress has become one of the most popular content management platforms available.
What’s a Content Management System?
A content management system allows folks to manage the creation, modification, and removal of content from a Web site in a more efficient manner. It also means you don’t need to hire an expert to make these types of changes.
How easy is it to learn WordPress?
If you know your way around basic text editors like Word, learning WordPress is a very achievable. Even if you’re juggling work, family and friends at once, learning WordPress isn’t beyond your capabilities.
If you’re willing to invest a bit of free time, you can master the fundamentals of WordPress a lot quicker than you might imagine. Adding images, text, links, video and more is achieved in a fraction of the time that was formerly required to do so with HTML and CSS.
I already have a Web site. Is there any way to convert it to the WordPress platform?
Yes. We’d be happy to do that for you.
Don’t all WordPress sites look like a blog? I don’t want that.
Not at all. Basically you can make a WordPress website look like any website that you might come across while traversing the internet.
I only want to add a blog to my site but keep everything else the same. Can I do that?
Yes! In most cases your hosting provider will already be set up to handle WordPress, but we can find out for sure as part of the discovery process, and we work with your hosting provider to address any issues.
